Going 80

I put together a quick multimedia piece of my drive between Columbia and Minneapolis for fun. The land is so flat and empty. The isolation is almost enchanting. Photos taken going approximately 80mph.

Lily Ganz Senior Portraits

I took Lily's senior portraits yesterday. Minnesota winter hits fast so faking fall in these was definitely a challenge. Check out the results. I also posted some outtakes on Flickr.

Missouri Loves Company

The Missouri Loves Company ultimate frisbee tournament brought together 56 teams from all over the country. I enjoyed hopping from field to field running into old friends and watching some talented players.

Columbia's Benjamin Gross lays out at the Missouri Loves Company tournament in the match against the University of Iowa on Sunday at Cosmopolitan Recreation Area. Missouri was undefeated the first day of the tournament but took 15th place overall after losing to Iowa and Kansas.

Wale

Hip Hop artist Wale performs on November 12 in Jesse Auditorium. The concert featured tracks off his newest album Attention Deficit. Wale requested the lights be turned up, saw the size of the crowd, and asked "Where the after party at?" The concert was high energy with a lot of audience involvement dancing in the pit and on stage.

Sonny Shotz of The Dean's List opens for Wale

Wale invites girls from the pit on stage.

Wale's backup singer points to the crowd.

Actors run through lines in the hallway leading to the backstage of Arcadia.

Fall Is Here

Just a few shots of my roommates enjoying the fall weather. Missouri has an extension of the beautiful weather compared to the Minnesota chill that sneaks up on you by November 1st.
